On the Menu: Uninspiration

mealplanmonday_v2

Not feeling very inspired this week. Of course, it could be because I’m trying to write this while we’re watching a TV show on Netflix and I keep getting distracted by the antics of the characters.

Whew, you don’t know how long it took me to write those two sentences.

On the Menu:

Breakfast

Lunch

  • Broccoli Slaw
  • Leftovers
  • Salmon Salad
  • Crackers, Cheese, Fruit, Olives, Veggies, Homemade Yogurt

Dinner

  • Healthified Macaroni & Cheese with Hot Dogs (beef, nitrate and nitrite-free)
  • Homemade Pizza & Cheese-less Pizza
  • Green Smoothies/Fresh Juice & Muffins
  • Homemade Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
  • Steak, Potatoes & Salad (we don’t actually have this every time I list it… in fact, we have probably one time out of five that I list it)
  • Leftovers
  • Something with turnips. They were on sale.

Snacks

    • Sliced Pears & Oranges
    • Cheese & Crackers
    • Homemade Muffins and/or Cookies

Prepare

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

What do you do when you feel uninspired? Besides turn the TV off….

Cheers,

When I feel uninspired, I usually remain still (don’t stress on the idea) until inspiration comes. If it doesn’t come in time for my deadline, I just fake it, ususally by drawing from what I’ve done in the past. :)
